Utmost Good Faith

Utmost Good Faith was founded in 2015 to pursue honest, high-trust headhunting built around what is best for exceptional underwriters, brokers, and the firms that hire them.

What began with search work for syndicates led us into a deeper question: how do the best firms consistently identify and secure the best people?

That research led to a clear discovery in 2019: the top 10% create outsized value, but most businesses only start searching for them when the hiring need becomes urgent.

Originally training to be a virtuoso violinist, John took a dramatic turn into headhunting in 2011 and has spent more than a decade helping firms secure exceptional underwriters and brokers.
